Figurative sculptures are all individual, unique one offs, pinched from clay and worked into. They are often smoke or saggar fired to give unpredictable surface finishes that bring the pieces to life.

Hand coiled, burnished and smoke fired landscape vessels. These forms are based on peaks in the Brecon Beacons and my local area. they are part of a 'Mother Earth' series of work inspired by the enduring nature of environment, the elements that sculpt it over time and our fleeting presence in this landscape.

Finely thrown pots in porcelain and stoneware clays. Some manipulated to create lotus flower or heart shapes. Often part glazed to give a subtle design and tactile quality.
