'Start Yoga from where you are now'
"Mary is a fantastic yoga teacher. Her knowledge and experience shines through her teaching. Mary creates a positive and nurturing atmosphere so that you feel supported and encouraged whatever level you are at. I come away from my weekly class feeling uplifted and freer somehow. I would highly, highly recommend Mary's classes."

Mary is a yogini and potter who first came to Yoga twenty-two years ago, being lucky enough to find incredible teachers, including Penny Jolly. Mary has spent the last ten years studying, living and teaching yoga with the hope to share the benefits yoga offers you and those around you. Mary’s classes are planned around the students attending, observing and offering adaptations and alternatives where appropriate. Classes include asana, moving with your breath, (building awareness and connection of body, mind and breath), and learning sequences. Pranayama including breathing techniques that can be used as tools to calm the mind or cool the body. Guided relaxation which can bring you into deep rejuvenating relaxation, as well as focus and concentration practices which are relaxing and beneficial for the mind and body, and my lead to achieving a state of mediation. A balancing of and connecting to body, breath, mind, emotions and spirit.
